Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, campaign management, lead generation, and other service-based work, payments are generally non-refundable once the project or service has started.
A refund may only be considered if:
Crypto Leads Agency is unable to deliver the agreed service.
A refund has been specifically agreed in writing before payment.
No refund will be provided for completed work, strategy development, campaign setup, consultation, advertising management, lead generation activities, third-party costs, or services already delivered.
Advertising spend, platform charges, software fees, domain costs, third-party expenses, taxes, and other external charges are non-refundable and are subject to the respective provider’s policies.
We do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales, conversions, advertising approvals, rankings, profits, or business results. Performance may vary based on budget, market conditions, competition, platform policies, targeting, and other external factors.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines and deductions, where relevant.
